I, too, am restarting.
Why/
Because I see the consequences of carrying extra weight on your frame as you get older.
I work in a Nursing Home and I see the health problems first hand.
It's heartbreaking to see really wonderful people limited physically by health issues in the later years.
I do not want to stuggle to do the simple basic things of life.
I must make changes now.
